Please be aware that Calm Within operate a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
As I am sure you can appreciate, late cancellations and no-show's really do affect both the efficiency of Calm Within and availability of appointments to clients. If you wish to cancel or change your treatment then please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise you will incur a cancellation fee for the full price of the treatment if I am unable to fill your appointment.
This will need to be paid in full before any further appointments can be booked.
At The Calm Within Method, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please understand that late cancellations and missed appointments can have a significant impact on both my business and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee if I am unable to fill the appointment slot.
Cancellation fees must be settled in full before any future appointments can be booked.
In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied.
